Been working on this over a ten year period. Finally figured out the glitch.

0-90’s & old Arched inclines have poor positioning on their pads. Like horrible. Leading to shoulder impingement. Corner of hard pad pushing against seem of posterior shoulder under load…BAD!

David Barth @universalathletics & l worked on a split pad in 2018. I have pics, vids of it. It was a lot better. But we needed it perfect.

I looked at two ends of @abmats Thompson FatMats butt end together. There was the solution.

@the_iron_illustrator Byung Kim, Cam & Will at @williams_strength are working on this ‘Legacy’ piece now.

Very happy to be working with them. Young go getters in the industry.

To my competition: You didn’t think of this type of pad because you are not lifters!! You can’t comprehend how shoulders work..especially under a weight load. You are gimmick driven. You can try and copy my pad but your late to this strength party. 🤡😜

💪 • @stretchstrongapp Donnie Thompson with the 1 minute inversion breakdown (aka spinal traction). Letting gravity do all the work to stretch, decompress, and take a load off.

You can do these with gravity boots, inversion tables, and thick bands. The @spudincstraps Big Ray strap setup is a favorite for the banded variation.
